We excel when we’re a partner alongside your internal team or founders. Think of us as people who can help you develop the blueprint for what to do next. We love working alongside your legal & regulatory, R&D, production, and pack form design resources to bring things to life but won’t pretend that we are a one-stop shop for innovation.

HOW MUCH OF MY TEAM’S TIME WILL THIS REQUIRE?

It depends. All of our sprints are made to be time-efficient so each sprint requires anywhere between 12-20hrs of the team’s time. Ideally you’d have a core “ownership” team of 1-3 people. It won’t dominate your schedule, let’s get in and get out.

I’M A NEW FOUNDER, WHY DO THIS NOW?

We’ve seen a lot of founders launch and learn over the course of years and then eventually hit product-market resonance after years of fighting the good fight. This is expensive and often really challenging to hold out for 5-7 years. Our hope is that our sprints enable you to learn in a condensed manner, saving you years of time and learning and enabling a smarter launch.
